(Al-Kahf) 18 : 101
الَّذِينَ كَانَتْ أَعْيُنُهُمْ فِي غِطَاءٍ عَنْ ذِكْرِي وَكَانُوا لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ سَمْعًا
Those whose eyes had been within a cover from the Book Dhikree, and they were not able to hear It.
Dhikree is one of 40 names of Adhikr mentioned in 18: 101; 20: 14, 43, 124; 23: 110 and 38: 8. Dhikree means, Remembrance of Lord. But Remembrance of Lord is only possible with hearts. So Dhikree mentioned in this verse is Adhikr.
The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are the hypocrites and Kuffar who hide and reject Adhikr. They are the aimless, soulless, heedless, worthless, and worst creatures. They are the true disbelievers as explained in verses 4: 150-151. See explanation 2: 254; 7: 40, 179 and 8: 22.
